終章 ― 新しい頭のOSはもう入った。訳さない。完璧を待たない。チャンクで持つ。音で聞く。残るのは「分かる」を「速くて楽」に変えること。それを埋めるのは、ただ一つ ― 反復。毎日の小さな道場。流れは、もうあなたのもの。

Look back at where you started. Once, you heard a word and reached for Japanese first. Now, you don't. The new system is installed.

But understanding isn’t doing

You don't need a huge plan. A huge plan is the thing you quit. Small and daily beats big and rare — every time. Ten honest minutes a day, for ninety days, will change you more than one heroic weekend ever could.

So build a tiny dojo — your own small daily room. Same time, same few reps, no excuses, no judging. Some days it's bad. Do it anyway; the bad reps still count. The point isn't a perfect session. The point is that the flow keeps moving.
